We became interested in the idea to move to the Phoenix area in August 2018. I had not been to AZ since I was in 3rd grade, so we needed to do a lot of reconnaissance on our first visit.
We connected with Joyce over the phone before our trip down and went over all our ideas and she helped educate us on good areas to check out. It ended up that she was going to be in Europe during our visit, but she was awesome and coordinated all the houses we wanted to see in advance and had her agent-friend show the houses for us. What great service!

Joyce was an absolute joy with which to work. As our buyers representative, she was extremely knowledgeable about each of the specific neighborhoods we were interested in.

We relocated to the North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area from out of state. Joyce and her business partner Heather were absolutely wonderful to work with.
Joyce initially found us a rental home in the school district we were seeking. She continued to work with us for nearly a year. 2008-2009 was the most difficult real estate and mortgage market we had ever experienced. Having bought and sold 10 homes in 4 states previously, this was our most difficult transaction, but our best experience with a realtor.
