Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – February 2023
We saw things start to pick up in February as the high season arrived.
This report examines the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix. All of the homes included in the report were listed for $1,000,000 or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF FEBRUARY
February closed out with fifty-one luxury units for sale.
The most expensive condo for sale was located in the Scottsdale Waterfront community. It is a penthouse unit with three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,860 square feet. It was on the market for $5,989,000.
The least expensive condo for sale was in the Optima Camelview community is a carryover from last month. This unit comes with two bedrooms and bathrooms and 1,346 square feet. It was on the market for $1,000,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The number of UCB contracts increased in February to five.
UCB Condos in Scottsdale
- Portico Condominiums– This is a new development in North Scottsdale. Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,396 square feet. Asking price was $1,660,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf – Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 3,170 square feet. Asking price was $2,995,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront – Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 3,940 square feet. Asking price was $5,900,000.
UCB Condos in Phoenix
- Esplanade Place – Both UCB contracts in Phoenix were located in the Esplanade Place community.
- Three bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 3,000 square feet. Asking price was $1,350,000.
- Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,417 square feet. Asking price was $1,500,000.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending contracts were up slightly over January. At the end of the month, there were fifty-six units in pending status. Fifty-three of the fifty-six were in Scottsdale, with the majority of them in communities that are currently being built.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Seven luxury condominiums sold in February. Five were in Scottsdale and the remaining two were in Phoenix.
Scottsdale Luxury Condo Sales
- Optima Camelview
- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2,272 square feet. Asking price was $1,689,000 and it sold for $1,600,000.
- Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,448 square feet. Asking price was $1,549,000 and it sold for list price.
- Scottsdale Waterfront
- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,117 square feet. Asking price was $1,695,000 and it sold for $1,525,000.
- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 3,363 square feet. Asking price was $3,250,000 and it sold for $3,000,000.
- Optima Kierland – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 1,954 square feet. Asking price was $2,300,000 and it closed for list price.
Phoenix Luxury Condo Sales
- Two Biltmore – Four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,817 square feet. Asking price was $4,295,000 and it sold for $3,850,000.
- Fairway Lodge – Three bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,376 square feet. Asking price was $1,499,000 and it sold for $1,490,000.
