Terravita is a wonderful guard-gated community in North Scottsdale, Arizona where residents can enjoy beautiful desert vistas and mountain views as they move through the community. The 823 acres are comprised of rolling desert and boulders and are complimented by the golf course weaving its way through the twenty-three different neighborhoods that make up Terravita. Terravita has a variety of homes and floorplans available for residents. The smallest homes are around 1,500 square feet and the larger homes top out at around 3,800 square feet. A great number of these homes have golf course views as well as mountain or boulder views.
Homeownership at Terravita comes with a membership to the Terravita Country Club. The Terravita Country Club has a fitness center, a large pool, tennis facilities and the Desert Pavilion Community Center. There is a year-round calendar of events for members as well. Terravita is a well-established golf community in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Spread over 823 acres, Terravita is bordered by Scottsdale Road to the east and Carefree Highway to the north.

Desert Highlands in Scottsdale, Arizona is a wonderful community located just south of majestic Pinnacle Peak. Homeowners at Desert Highlands enjoy gorgeous valley views and striking desert landscapes.
Desert Highlands is a well-established Scottsdale golf community, having been in place for over 25 years. It was developed by Lyle Anderson, who also developed Desert Mountain in far north Scottsdale. It features a mixture of full-time residents as well as second homeowners who visit during the winter months.
The Desert Highlands golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and although it is challenging, it is a visually-stunning course that winds through the hilly landscape. If you need to practice your putting, there is an 18-hole putting course.
In addition to golf, Desert Highlands has several other activities for its residents. There is an extensive and award-winning tennis facility. The fitness center is expansive and features top-of-the-line equipment and plenty of room to get fit. The large, sparkling pool area is a nice way to spend a wonderful Arizona afternoon.
The Desert Highlands Clubhouse is elegant and expansive. Several dining options are available for members, ranging from a casual bite at The Grille to a more formal experience at the Ventana Room. Membership to Desert Highlands is required for homeowners.
Desert Highlands enjoys a great location, close to shopping, dining, entertainment, area freeways, medical care and more. As mentioned previously, Pinnacle Peak, a challenging hike, is moments away and for a taste of the Western lifestyle, the well-known Greasewood Flats is just up the road.

Troon Village is a collection of communities centered around Troon Mountain and the Troon Country Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona.
