The most expensive home currently on the market in Troon North is listed for $1,785,000. It comes with five bedrooms, five and one-half bathrooms an d5,891 square feet. It was built in 2009 and has a pool.
Troon North has nine homes currently pending sale. Their asking prices range from $359,900 to $2,295,000.

Here is a snapshot of quarterly sales activity for Troon North in 2012. Sales started to pick up in the first and second quarters, but have slowed as we move through the third quarter as we have been seeing throughout Scottsdale. Average sales price has been increasing as the year progresses as well as average price per square foot. Days on market have been dropping as well.
The least expensive home sale in Troon North so far this year was $305,000. This home had four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and was 2,826 square feet. It also had a pool.
The most expensive 2012 home sale in Troon North was for $3,000,000. This custom home was on 1.8 acres and had been featured in the media. It had four bedrooms, five and one-half bathrooms and 7,427 square feet. It also had a detached guesthouse and 360 degree views.
