Estancia is one of Scottsdale’s top luxury golf communities. Tucked in between Pima and Alma School Roads on Dynamite Road, Estancia is a jewel in the desert.
Here are the home sales figures for Estancia Scottsdale for the first quarter of 2010 and the month of April 2010.

Estancia is a guard-gated golf community in North Scottsdale that is spread over 640 acres. As one of the top luxury communities in Scottsdale, residents enjoy an elegant but relaxed lifestyle, stunning views of area landscapes and more. There are 223 homesites as well as 39 villas in Estancia.
The Estancia Clubhouse is comprised of 32,000 square feet. In and around the clubhouse you can enjoy fine and more causal dining, social activites, tennis or swimming in the large lap pool. There is also a nice fitness center in the lower area of the clubhouse. Members of the Estancia Golf Club are limited to 325 and the Tom Fazio-designed golf course consistently ranks very high on many golf polls.
The Biltmore Fashion Park is an upscale, outdoor mall located at the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. Featuring major retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s as well as many well-known international brands and several dining options, the Biltmore Fashion Park is an ideal location to take a stroll and spend some time.
Portfolio.com recently issued its 2010 Quality of Life report. The analysis looks at the nation’s largest 67 metro areas and ranks them on many factors including Overall Quality of Life, Population, Housing, Growth, Jobs, Income and more. It is interesting to see how the various markets perform in the different categories.
The analysis is interactive, so the results will dynamically change every time you click on a category.
The Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area came in 28th in the Overall category and for Population Growth it came in 4th place.

The Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has just released the latest quarterly statistics for Scottsdale AZ real estate broken out by zip code. This most recent release goes through the first quarter of 2010.
This analysis tracks the real estate performance of the current quarter as compared to the same quarter one year prior. I have consolidated these quarterly reports from Q1 2007 through Q1 2010 for all of the Scottsdale zip codes as well as Carefree and Paradise Valley.

Here are a few sculptures in Old Town Scottsdale that evoke the “Wild West” past of the town. Old Town Scottsdale is home to myriad art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, bars and more.
The Mirabel Club is a beautiful, 713 acre luxury golf community located in North Scottsdale. Mirabel’s elevation is around 3,000 feet, so many homes and homesites have excellent views of Pinnacle Peak and the city lights of Phoenix and Scottsdale.

About The Mirabel Club:
Mirabel is a private, guard-gated, golf community in Scottsdale with homes nestled into the gorgeous, hilly desert landscape and dotting the golf course. There are a total of 300 homesites spread out over Mirabel’s 713 acres. Most of the homes are custom homes, but there a few production homes located close to the clubhouse. Although you do not have to be a member to live in Mirabel, the private Mirabel Club is home to an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course, a gorgeous clubhouse, spa and pool. Both golf and social memberships are available.
