Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – June 2023
The luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix had a quieter month in June, but actual sales were still strong.
This report tracks the luxury condo market in the cities of Scottsdale and Phoenix. All of these condos were on the market for $1 million or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JUNE
The number of luxury condos for sale was more or less level. The month ended with 47 listings, compared to 48 at the end of May. Of these, 42 were located in Scottsdale.
The most expensive condo on the market was a new listing at ICON at Silverleaf. This expansive five bedroom, five and one-half bathroom, 5,534 square foot home was listed for $5,400,000.
The least expensive luxury condo was also located in Scottsdale in The Reserve. It has two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,179 square feet. It was on the market for $1,075,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There were no UCB contracts in the pipeline at the end of the month.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending sales closed out slightly higher. At the end of June, there were 70 pending sales, compared with May’s 67 pending sales. This high number of pending sales can be attributed to a number of communities currently being developed.

- Safari Drive – Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,056 square feet. Asking price was $1,099,500.
- Portico Scottsdale Condominiums – This is a new development in North Scottsdale.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Sales activity was good in June. The month ended with twelve luxury condo sales, on par with May’s performance.

- Optima Camelview
- Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,261 square feet. Asking price was $1,399,000 and it sold for list price.
- Three bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,487 square feet. Asking price was $1,939,000 and it sold for $1,859,500.
- Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,727 square feet. Asking price was $1,499,000 and it sold for $1,425,000.
- Optima Kierland – Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,258 square feet. Asking price was $1,150,000 and it sold for $1,025,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences
- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,265 square feet. Asking price was $1,665,000 and it sold for $1,625,000.

- Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 3,860 square feet. Asking price was $5,500,000 and it sold for $4,200,000.
