– Legend Trail in Scottsdale, Arizona- 2014 Real Estate Market Update –
Legend Trail is a golf community located in the northern part of Scottsdale. While it is conveniently located close to shopping and dining, residents still experience the feeling of ‘being away from it all’ and get to enjoy lovely desert and golf vistas.
There are a variety of housing options for homeowners. There are condos and cottages as well as larger single-family homes. Within Legend Trail, you will find seven different neighborhoods.
The golf club at Legend Trail is public and has some wonderful amenities as well as pass options for the frequent golfer. The 18-hole course was designed by Rees Jones.
HOMES FOR SALE AND PENDING SALES IN LEGEND TRAIL AS OF 6/16/2014
As of mid-June, there were 24 residences for sale in Legend Trail. The least expensive unit was a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1,253 square feet. It was listed for $276,950. The most expensive listing, at $1,079,000, was for a four bedroom, four and one-half bathroom home with 4,420 square feet.
There were also five pending sales. Prices for these ranged between $339,000 and $475,000.
2014 HOME SALES IN LEGEND TRAIL THROUGH JUNE 16th
Whereas we saw a jump in sales in Q2 almost everywhere else in Scottsdale, Legend Trail’s sales have been pretty level between the two quarters.
However, we did see the average price per square foot increase and the average days on market decrease.
Overall, sales are plugging along in Legend Trail, even though we did not see a sharp Q2 sales lift as we have seen elsewhere.
