Troon Village is a wonderful community located in North Scottsdale. Troon Village is a collection of smaller neighborhoods located on and around Troon Mountain.
You will find a good mix of housing options within Troon Village. Some residents prefer the smaller units close to the Troon Country Club, which are great for seasonal residents. Others enjoy the single family homes and custom estates that dot the landscape.
The private Troon Country Club, with its 18 hole Morrish/Weiskopf golf course and great atmosphere, is quite popular with residents. However, you do not need to join Troon Country Club to live in and enjoy Troon Village.
HOMES FOR SALE AND PENDING SALES IN TROON VILLAGE AS OF 6/16/2014
As of mid-June, there were 39 single family homes for sale in Troon Village. Prices ranged from $445,000 up to $3,995,000.
Twelve homes were pending as of June 16th. Prices for these homes ranged from $409,000 for a 1,812 square foot home to $1,375,000 for a 4,480 square foot home.
2014 HOME SALES IN TROON VILLAGE THROUGH 6/16/2014
As we have seen throughout Scottsdale, Q2 sales have been very strong when compared to Q1. We see this seasonal pattern as the second quarter is our high season. Even though we have not completed Q2 yet, sales are almost triple of that of Q1.
Average price per square foot has gone up quite a bit between Q1 and Q2 and we have been seeing less of an average discount off of asking prices.
In summary, Troon Village has been having a great second quarter after a sluggish first quarter. And, with twelve pending sales in the pipeline, this trend should continue.
