The rolling terrain of the foothills allows many residents to enjoy beautiful city light and valley views. And, the views of Pinnacle Peak are stunning.
Housing options range from two bedroom and two bathroom units that are perfect for “lock and leaves” all the way up to estates on large parcels.
DESERT HIGHLANDS HOMES FOR SALE AS OF OCTOBER 18, 2013
As of mid-October, there are 36 homes for sale in Desert Highlands.
Home prices range from $799,300 for a two bedroom, two bathroom home with 2,635 square feet to $5,995,000 for an over 10,000 square foot home with incredible details and finishes.
At this time, there is only one pending sale with an asking price of $685,000.
2013 DESERT HIGHLANDS HOME SALES
Here are the sales figures for Desert Highlands for the first three quarters of 2013.
As we have seen in most Scottsdale communities, Q2 was a huge period for home sales – over 55% of the year-to-date sales activity -and Q3 was much quieter. Interesting to note is that the highest and lowest sale prices occurred in the third quarter.
In Desert Highlands, we are not seeing any clear sales trends as to sales prices or days on market as we have seen in other golf communities.
