– Things to Do in Scottsdale AZ: 3rd Annual Scottsdale Maserati-Ferrari Polo Championships Horses & Horsepower – November 1-2, 2013 –
On November 1st and 2nd, the Polo Party is coming back for a third time as the Scottsdale Maserati-Ferrari Polo Championships Horses & Horsepower. I know this is advance notice, but this year’s event is going to be even bigger and better than the previous years’.
This year, the Arizona Polo Club has teamed with some fabulous new sponsors and has expanded it into a two day event, versus the single day event it was prior. It will take place at WestWorld of Scottsdale and should turn out to be a ‘not to be missed’ event. Some of the nation’s top players will be in attendance as well as international players and Work to Ride.
In addition to the exciting polo matches that will be taking place, the 2013 Arizona Porsche Concours d’Elegance car show will be taking place and you can also see previews of the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction and Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show.
The event will kick off on Friday with an All Star Match, an introduction of the players and a sunset fashion show. On Saturday, there will be three matches that will take place at 11AM, 1PM, and 3PM. At halftime, participate in the stomping of the divots. Between the matches, you can stroll the grounds, look at luxury automobiles, visit with the vendors and have something to eat and drink. The event will wrap up with an after-party starting at 5PM.
They are expecting around 15,000 people and have expanded the seating and table options accordingly this year. Tickets range from general admission to VIP tents and tables.
