The Mirabel Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona is truly a special place to live. It is home to an 18 hole Tom Fazio golf course, as well as a lovely swimming complex, tennis garden and fitness center and spa.

Currently, there is not a lot of inventory for sale in Mirabel Club. There are only twelve homes on the market. The average asking price is just over $1.8 million.
The lowest priced home on the market is listed for $1,075,000. It is a Corazon home centrally-located close to the clubhouse and club amenities. It has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and is 3,325 square feet.
The highest priced home on the market right now is listed for $3,395,000. It is a stunning desert contemporary home with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 6,993 square feet.

Home sales have been rather steady throughout 2012 at Mirabel.
Over the course of the year, we have been seeing average sales price move up as well a healthy jump in average sales price per square foot. Days on market have been trending down and average discounts off of asking price for buyers has been shrinking.
What is interesting is that we are just over the halfway point for Q3 and so far, it has been the best performing quarter yet. Typically, we have been seeing a sales drop in Q3 for other communities.
The lowest priced home sale in 2012 was a Corazon home that sold for $850,000. This three bedroom, three and one-half bathroom home with 3,129 square feet was located steps away from the tennis complex and clubhouse.
The highest priced home sale in 2012 to date was a custom home. It had a contemporary desert design, four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and 5,663 square feet. The sales price was $2,550,000 and was sold to a cash buyer.
