Creator Jack Nicklaus called Desert Highlands the most unique course he had designed. The course weaves its way through lush vegetation overseen by Pinnacle Peak. Desert Highlands has one of the only 18-hole putting courses in the United States which is free to members and is open until dusk.

– Membership is required at Desert Highlands.
– The transfer/membership fee is $150,000.
– Monthly dues are $1,800, which also include HOA fees.
– Annual $1,500 service charge assessment – $750 paid semi-annually.
– An irrigation project assessment of $100/month began in April 2019 and will run through September 2028.
-2024 Golf Course Renovation Assessment of $14,500 due on September 1, 2024. (Can be paid monthly).
