Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – June 2024
In this report, we examine the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix. All of these homes were listed at or above $1 million.
Sales activity for luxury condos in Scottsdale and Phoenix kept up during the month of June. What I did note is that we are seeing more sales on the lower end of the list prices and that some units are selling quite a bit below their asking prices.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JUNE
Inventory dropped by ten units to end the month at 72 luxury condos for sale. Sixty-on of these were located in Scottsdale.
A unit in ICON at Silverleaf continues to be the highest-priced unit for sale as well as the highest-priced condo ever in Scottsdale. It is the final penthouse unit and the asking price is $12,900,000. It has four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and 6,288 square feet.
The lowest-priced luxury condo has held this spot for a few months now. Priced at one million, this Optima Camelview Village unit has two bedrooms and bathrooms and 1,233 square feet.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
We saw a jump in UCBs from five in May to eleven in June. They were almost evenly split between Scottsdale and Phoenix.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending inventory decreased by a single unit in June after several months of increases. The month closed out with 122 pending contracts. Several communities are currently being built, which accounts for the bulk of the backlog.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Sales of luxury condos continued to plug along in June. Of the ten sales, six were in Scottsdale and four were in Phoenix. Interestingly enough, there was a lot of activity at The Residences at 2211 Camelback, which has been traditionally pretty quiet over the past several years with a sale here and there.
