Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – September 2023
The luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix keeps plugging along. Although there were not as many sales in September when compared to August, there was some good activity in the UCB and pending arenas.
All of the condos in this analysis had list prices of at least $1 million.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER
Inventory was up slightly at the end of the month. September ended with 43 active listings and 38 of them were located in Scottsdale.
The highest and lowest priced condos for sale remain the same and have held these spots for several months now. The most expensive condo for sale was located in ICON at Silverleaf. Offered at $5,400,000, this spacious condo comes with 5,534 square feet, five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms.
The lowest-priced condo for sale was located in Scottsdale’s The Reserve community. On the market for $1,075,000, it has two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,179 square feet.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
September concluded with eight homes in UCB status. They were equally divided between Scottsdale and Phoenix.

- Esplanade Place – Three bedrooms. three and one-half bathrooms, 4,266 square feet. Asking price was $4,500,000.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending sales were up by one and closed out the month at 85. Eighty-three of these were located in Scottsdale.
The pending figure continues to grow due to the fact that most of these homes are located in communities currently being built out.
