Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – January 2023
January was a quieter month in terms of sales volume. However, this is something we see seasonally as buyers tend to put off shopping for homes during the holiday season.
In this report, we look at luxury condos in Scottsdale and Phoenix. All of these homes were on the market for one million dollars or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF JANUARY
The number of luxury condos for sale increased by three between the end of December and the end of January when there were forty-nine units for sale.
The priciest luxury condo for sale is new to the market. Located in the Scottsdale Waterfront community, this home has three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,940 square feet. It was listed for $5,900,000.
The least expensive condo for sale was in the Optima Camelview community. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms and 1,346 square feet. It was listed for $1,030,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There were three homes in UCB status at the end of the month and they were all located in Scottsdale.

- Portico Condominiums– This is a new development in North Scottsdale.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The number of pendings fell for the first time in many many months. We closed out January with fifty-four pending sales. Of those, fifty of them were located in Scottsdale. Almost all of them are located in communities currently under development.

LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There was a total of five luxury condo sales in January.

- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 1,846 square feet. Asking price was $1,600,000 and it closed for $1,400,000.
- Optima Camelview
- Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,918 square feet. Asking price was $1,999,990 and it sold for $1,925,000.
- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 1,955 square feet. Asking price was $1,750,000 and it closed for $1,537,500.
- Two bedrooms and bathrooms, 1,528 square feet. Asking price was $1,049,000 and it sold for $980,000.
Phoenix Luxury Condo Sale
- The Residences at 2211 Camelback – Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3,000 square feet. Asking price was $1,250,000 and it sold for $1,189,000.
