For each successful close of escrow, a donation will be made to your choice of one of the local charities below or to an alternate charity if you prefer.

Give Back Homes is a partnership with Habitat for Humanity in Arizona. Funds are currently being raised for a new local home build that we will be participating in. Click here for more information about Giveback Homes.
This wonderful organization helps those animals in need when they have lost their homes due to a variety of reasons. They foster and adopt out these wonderful pets and operate a food bank as well.
Southwest Wildlife rescues, rehabilitates and releases, (if possible), local desert wildlife. At any time, they will be tending to coyotes, wolves, bears, bobcats, cougars, foxes, javelina, deer, desert tortoises and more.
St. Mary’s Food Bank works to alleviate and end hunger in Arizona in a variety of ways. Deserving people can take advantage of the food pantry on-site or visit one of the mobile pantries. In addition, St. Mary’s has a program called the Community Kitchen where folks can learn job and life skills to give them a leg up in the employment market.
