– Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – March 2019 –
March’s luxury condo market was all about Scottsdale as all of the sales activity took place there.
ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF MARCH
The inventory of luxury condos for sale in Scottsdale and Phoenix stayed level between February and March.
The highest priced unit for sale was located in Scottsdale’s Optima Kierland. It was an 11th floor unit with four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,116 square feet. The asking price was $3,495,000.
The lowest priced condo is a rollover from the past few months. It located the Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale and had one bedroom, two bathrooms and 1,586 square feet. It was listed for $1,047,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The three homes in UCB status at the end of March were located in Scottsdale.
Scottsdale UCB Condos
- Optima Kierland – On the market for only 20 days, this two bedroom and bathroom unit had 1,290 square feet. The list price was $1,050,000.
- Envy Residences – This 2,449 square foot unit at Envy carried over from February. It had two bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. It was listed for $1,625,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – This penthouse was the most expensive unit on the market last month, listed for $3,795,000. It had 3,940 square feet, three bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms.
*UCB status means a condo has an accepted contract, but that the seller has requested that they accept backup offers. Most times you will see this status when the contract is in the inspection/due diligence period.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There were three pending condo sales as March wrapped up.
- Safari Drive – Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,589 square feet. It was listed for $1,195,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,041 square feet. It was listed for $1,395,000.
- Plaza Lofts at Kierland – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,162 square feet. It was listed for $1,895,000.
LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
March closed out with seven luxury condo sales in Scottsdale. Five of the seven were in the new ICON development that is being built out.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,469 square feet. It was listed for $1,899,000 and sold for $1,700,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf -This is a new community in North Scottsdale.
- Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2,757 square feet. Listed and closed at $1,920,550.
- Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 3,170 square feet. Listed and closed for $2,174,000.
- Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 3,170 square feet. Listed and closed for $2,174,000.
- Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3,170 square feet. Listed and closed for $2,074,000.
- Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3,170 square feet. Listed and closed for $2,074,000.
- The Landmark Condominiums – This condo had three bedrooms and bathrooms and 4,471 square feet. It was on the market for $2,500,000 and closed for $2,225,000.
