ABOUT THE ESTANCIA GOLF COMMUNITY IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE
Estancia is home to some of the highest priced luxury homes in Scottsdale. These expertly crafted homes showcase elegant design and top-of-the-line finishes. The community itself is nestled into the Troon North and Pinnacle Peak areas and the rolling terrain and hills allow for some amazing desert views.
The Estancia Golf Club is a major draw for homeowners, but you are not required to join the Estancia Club when purchasing a home in Estancia. The 18-hole award-winning golf course was designed by Tom Fazio and delights golfers of all skill levels. There are 325 memberships available in Estancia and they are currently being sold on a market-priced basis.

As of March 30, 2016, there were thirty-three homes on the market with prices ranging from $1,195,000 for a La Scala home close to the clubhouse to $7,995,000 for a 9,315 square foot estate.
ESTANCIA’S 2015 HOME SALES ACTIVITY
Below is a quarter-by-quarter overview of home sales in Estancia. Sales over the course of the year were more or less level. This is interesting, because we usually see a spike in sales in Q2 and Q2 was Estancia’s poorest performing quarter in 2015.
And while is it quite common to spot trends over time with things like average sales price and average price per square foot, that is not the case here. The relatively few sales per quarter make these figures vary quite a bit.
