At the end of March, there were 103 condos for sale throughout the valley. Fifty-nine were in Scottsdale, thirty-three were in Phoenix, and the remainder, eleven, were in Tempe. During the month of March, two luxury condos sold. Both of them were located in Esplanade Place.
