Tatum Ranch, a sought-after community in the northeast corner of Phoenix in the town of Cave Creek, has 3,400 homes and five commercial sites that include drug stores, hardware stores, supermarkets and great dining.

The centerpiece of Tatum Ranch is the Tatum Ranch Golf Club. The Par 72 course designed by Robert E. Cupp provides 6,856 yards of fun on the links. Rolling fairways highlight the Tatum Ranch Golf Course. Like the community, the golf course reflects the natural beauty of the area. Many tournaments have been held here including the Southwest PGA Section Players’ Tournament.
The clubhouse offers bag storage, personal lockers and a pro shop with everything needed for the perfect game. A bar and grill provides a wide selection of dining options. Diners can enjoy their meal outside while drinking in the beauty of the landscape. The clubhouse also has a swimming pool and fitness center.
The Challenge: Tatum Ranch’s Hole 17 with pot bunkers on the right challenges the most experienced golfers. Three good shots are needed to reach the green for most golfers.

- Tatum Ranch is a private club with several different membership offerings. All memberships include access to fitness, swimming, the clubhouse, dining and social events.
- The Full Golf Membership has an initiation fee of $32,000 and monthly dues of $1,020. There is an annual food and beverage minimum of $450.
- The Junior Executive Golf Membership has an initiation fee of $22,500 and monthly dues of $575. There is an annual food and beverage minimum of $225.
- The Social Membership initiation fee is $550 and the monthly dues are $150.
- Annual cart plans, club storage and clubhouse lockers are available for a fee. You can also pay for carts on a per-use basis.
