The community of Grayhawk is one of the most popular communities for homeowners in North Scottsdale.
Grayhawk is comprised of two main neighborhoods. There is the Retreat section to the east, which was developed around Grayhawk’s two well-known public courses, Raptor and Talon. Within the retreat, you will find a mix of custom homes as well as production homes and townhomes.
On the west side of the community, you will find The Park. The Park is comprised of production homes of all sizes and lots of green space encourages play and interaction with your neighbors.

GRAYHAWK HOMES FOR SALE AND PENDING SALES AS OF NOVEMBER 24, 2014
As of the end of November, fifty-two homes were for sale in Grayhawk.
The most expensive home on the market was listed for $2,890,000. This lovely estate with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 8,046 square feet is located on the 14th hold of the Raptor golf course.
The least expensive listing in Grayhawk was a remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom home with 1,405 square feet. The asking price was $369,000.
GRAYHAWK 2014 HOME SALES – THROUGH 11/24/14
Unlike most other areas in Scottsdale, Grayhawk had its strongest sales quarter in Q3, whereas Q2 has seemed to be the dominant quarter in many other communities. But for the most part, sales have been pretty level and growing throughout the year.
The highest sale amount for 2014 in Grayhawk was $2,150,000. This was for a four bedroom, five bathroom home on the golf course with 5,781 square feet. It had been on the market for $2,199,000 and sold in a cash transaction.
The lowest priced sale was for a three bedroom, two bathroom home with 1,405 square feet. It had been listed for $339,000 and sold for $337,000.
