TROON NORTH HOMES FOR SALE AND PENDING SALES AS OF NOVEMBER 24, 2014
As November came to an end, there were sixty-seven homes on the market in Troon North, with asking prices ranging from $245,000 to $2,850,000.
The most expensive home with the $2,850,000 price, was a custom estate in the Talus community. It was on 1.8 acres and had four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and 6,200 square feet.
The $245,000 priced home was actually for a 1/7 ownership share in the elegant community of The Rocks. These fully-furnished homes are a great alternative for folks looking for a true “lock and leave” set up.
TROON NORTH 2014 HOME SALES – THROUGH 11/24/14
Home sales in Troon North in 2014 had a strong first half , with a drop in Q3 and potentially Q4. In most other Scottsdale communities, there was a sales spike in Q2.
As far as home sales so far in 2014, the most expensive sale was in the Pinnacle Canyon neighborhood. The home was a four bedroom, five and one-half bathroom estate with 5,335 square feet, including a casita. It had been listed for $2,595,000 and sold for $2,400,000 in a cash transaction.
The least expensive home sale was a townhome. It had two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,008 square feet. It had been on the market priced at $319,000 and sold for $297,000 cash.
