Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – March 2024
The luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix continued to plug along in March. Inventory was up as was sales activity.
In this report, we examine the local luxury condo market. To be included, all of these homes had to have been listed for $1 million or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF MARCH
The number of condos for sale was up in March. The month closed with 91 luxury listings, compared to February’s 82.
ICON at Silverleaf is the location of the most expensive condo for sale and we have never seen a price like this in the condo market. The last penthouse unit available comes with four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and 6,288 square feet. The asking price for this home was $12,900,000.
The lowest-priced luxury condo was located in Optima Camelview Village. Priced at $1 million, it has two bedrooms and bathrooms and 1,233 square feet.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The number of condos in UCB status was up at the end of March, closing out the month with eleven. The UCBs were more or less split between Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Pending inventory is still growing due to a large number of communities under construction. At the end of March, there were 119 pending sales in Scottsdale.

Luxury condominium sales were up by one over February. The bulk of the sales took place in Scottsdale.
