Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – August 2023
August was actually a decent month for the luxury condo market in Scottsdale and Phoenix. We saw some upticks in contract volume and sales were up slightly.
In order to be included in this report, all of the condos had to have a listing price of one million dollars or more.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF AUGUST
The number of luxury condos for sale remained level between July and August. At the end of the month, there were 41 condos for sale and 36 of them were located in Scottsdale.
The highest and lowest priced condos for sale are carryovers from the past couple of months. The most expensive condo for sale, priced at $5,400,000, was located in ICON at Silverleaf. This spacious condo comes with 5,534 square feet, five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms.
The lowest-priced condo for sale was located in Scottsdale’s The Reserve community. On the market for $1,075,000, it has two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,179 square feet.

PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Pending sales jumped from seventy-two at the end of July to eighty-four by the end of August. Eighty-three of the eighty-four pending sales were located in Scottsdale.
The reason you are seeing such a large backlog of pending contracts is that the majority of these homes are located in communities currently under development.
