Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – November 2022
The Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury condo market had a decent November. Inventory was more or less level, sales were slightly better than October and pending sales went up again.
In this report, we look at the Scottsdale and Phoenix luxury condominium markets. These condos were all on the market with a list price of $1 million and up.

ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF NOVEMBER
Inventory was more or less level with October, moving up by one. Of the fifty-seven units for sale, fifty-two of them were located in Scottsdale.
At the top of the listed prices is a home that has remained there for several months. Located in the Ascent at the Phoenician, it is listed for $4,450,000. It has three bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms and 3,985 square feet.
The least expensive unit on the market at the end of the month was in the Toscana at Desert Ridge community. It has two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,018 square feet. It was on the market for $1,024,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There was a single UCB contract in play at the end of the month.

- Portico Condominiums– This is a new development in North Scottsdale. Three bedrooms and bathrooms, 2,396 square feet. Asking price was $1,425,600.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
The number of spending rose again in November. October ended with fifty-one pending and in November, that number climbed to fifty-six.
Just to clarify, the reason we are seeing such a backlog of pending sales is that there are a number of communities being built out right now.

There were six sales of luxury condos during the month of November.

- The Mark – Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, 1,907 square feet. Asking price was $1,050,000 and it sold for $1,000,000.
