As the weather starts to heat up, we start to see the number of events taper off. However, I have found some fun things to do in June in Scottsdale and around the Valley.
Here are some ideas for things to do in and around Scottsdale for the month of June.
- Staycation Deals Are Here! – Summer 2021 – When the summer arrives, local hotels and resorts start offering exciting packages for locals looking for a staycation. AZ Big Media compiled a list of the Top 25 Staycation Deals for Summer 2021. Take a look and see which ones look the most tempting!
- Bubble Bash at Desert Ridge – Wednesday Evenings – The splash pad at Desert Ridge becomes a bubble wonderland on Wednesday evenings in June! Bubbles, foam and DJs await you and your little ones!
- Summer Fridays at Scottsdale Quarter – Friday Mornings – Looking for more splash pad fun? Each week will be a new theme for the little ones to enjoy. There will also be toys to play with and a sno cone truck onsite.
- Arizona Diamondbacks – Ongoing – Live sports are back and what a better way to celebrate than take in a Diamondbacks game? There are several home games during the month of June.
- Sunday Evening Concerts at the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park – Sundays through July 4th – Head on over to the Railroad Park for some outdoor live music. Space is limited, so be sure to book in advance!
- Summer at the Desert Botanical Garden – Ongoing – The DBG is offering a few options to enjoy the desert flora and fauna this summer. Are you a pet lover? Dog Days in the Garden runs through the end of June. And all summer, they will be offering Flashlight Nights on Saturdays and Soronan Sippin‘ events on select dates.
- Live Music at The District in Desert Ridge – Friday and Saturday nights – All kinds of musical genres will be on the stage in June and beyond. Visit the website to see who will be playing.
- Wonderspaces Arizona – Wonderspaces features wonderful and unique art installations that change throughout the year.
