– Luxury Condo Sales in Scottsdale and Phoenix – April 2019 –
April’s luxury condo sales kept a good momentum after a strong March. We also saw some sales activity in Phoenix, which has been on the quieter side lately.
ACTIVE LISTINGS AT THE END OF APRIL
The number of luxury condos on the market in Scottsdale and Phoenix was down slightly compared to the previous month.
The highest priced unit on the market has held this spot for a few months. It is an 11th floor unit in the new development in Scottsdale, Optima Kierland. It had four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 4,116 square feet. The asking price dropped to $3,200,000.
The lowest priced condo has also held this spot for a few months. The unit was located at Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale. It had one bedroom, two bathrooms and 1,586 square feet. It was listed for $1,047,000.
UCB* LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There where three units in UCB status at the end of April.
Scottsdale UCB Condos
- Landmark Condominiums – This unit had four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,081 square feet. It was listed for $1,350,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – This penthouse unit came with three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,940 square feet. It was on the market for $3,795,000.
Phoenix UCB Condo
- Fairway Lodge at Biltmore – This three bedroom, two and one-half bathroom home was on the market for $1,299,000 and had 2,992 square feet.
*UCB status means a condo has an accepted contract, but that the seller has requested that they accept backup offers. Most times you will see this status when the contract is in the inspection/due diligence period.
PENDING LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
Three units were in pending status at the end of the month.
- Plaza Lofts at Kierland – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,162 square feet. It was listed for $1,895,000.
- Plaza Lofts at Kierland – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,082 square feet. It was listed for $1,100,000.
- ICON at Silverleaf – Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,170 square feet. It was listed for $2,049,275.
LUXURY CONDO SALES IN SCOTTSDALE AND PHOENIX
There were six luxury condo sales in April. Five of them were in Scottsdale and the last one was in Phoenix.
- Optima Kierland – This two bedroom and bathroom unit had 1,290 square feet and sold within 31 days. The list price was $1,050,000 and it closed for list price.
- Safari Drive – Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,589 square feet. It was listed for $1,195,000 and sold for $1,125,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,041 square feet. It was listed for $1,395,000 and sold for $1,285,000.
- Scottsdale Waterfront Residences– Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,117 square feet. It was listed for $1,899,888 and sold for $1,850,000.
- Envy Residences – Two bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and 2,449 square feet. It was listed for $1,625,000 and sold for $1,550,000.
- The Residences at 2211 Camelback – Three bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms and 3,673 square feet. It was listed for $3,250,000 and sold for $2,150,000.
