Paradise Valley, Arizona is home to some of Arizona’s most exclusive and expensive real estate. Stunning homes and estates are nestled in and around Camelback and Mummy Mountains.
In addition to the luxury real estate offerings, Paradise Valley is also home to several world-renowned resorts and spas. Paradise Valley is almost entirely residential, but it is in close proximity to hundreds of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Here is an overview of the real estate market in Paradise Valley for the first half of 2016.
Paradise Valley Homes for Sale and Pending Sales – As of 7/26/16
As of July 27th, there were 365 single-family homes and condos for sale in Paradise Valley. The least expensive home on the market was a 1,099 square foot condo listed for $184,900. Single family home prices started at $550,000.
The most expensive home on the market was listed for $25,000,000. The Mummy Mountain compound on over 5 acres has over 25,000 square feet, a fitness facility, recording studio, a guest home and much more.
Pending sales prices ranged from $114,500 for a 638 square foot condo to $3,525,000 for a 11,039 square foot custom home.
Paradise Valley Home Sales – First Two Quarters of 2016
This next section covers Paradise Valley home sales over the first half of the year.
The pace of sales was somewhat level over the two quarters and the average sales price per square foot was also pretty level.
Compared to the same time period in 2015, sales were a little slower and the average sales price has dropped. As of June 30th, 2015, Paradise Valley had had 243 home sales with an average sales price of $1,583,262.
