Desert Highlands is one of North Scottsdale’s top golf communities. There are 560 homesites within the gates. For golfers, there is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course. Like tennis? Desert Highlands has an incredible tennis facility. The clubhouse was recently updated and capitalizes on the gorgeous views that abound.
The community is just south of Pinnacle Peak and the terrain of the foothills translates into beautiful city light and valley views.
There are a variety of housing choices in Desert Highlands. For someone looking for a seasonal home or someone who does not want a large home, there are two bedroom and two bathroom units. From there, a variety of custom homes of all sizes are available.
DESERT HIGHLANDS HOMES FOR SALE AS OF MARCH 8, 2016
As of early March 2016, there were 48 homes on the market in Desert Highlands.
Home prices ranged from $749,900 for a four bedroom, three bathroom home with 3,599 square feet to $4,950,000 for an incredible estate with over 11,500 square feet, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
As of March 8th, there were three pending home sales ranging in price from $1,279,000 to $2,234,000.
2015 DESERT HIGHLANDS HOME SALES
Here are the sales figures for Desert Highlands over the course of 2015.
Sales in Desert Highlands were much stronger in the first half of 2015. Usually Q2 is the top sales quarter, but in 2015, Q1 had the highest amount of homes sold.
Unlike some other private golf communities, we are not seeing any clear sales trends as to sales prices or days on market as they vary quite a bit quarter to quarter.
