DC Ranch is a wonderful master planned community located in North Scottsdale just above the Loop 101. It appeals to all kinds of folks and there are a large variety of housing options to suit your needs.
There are condos and townhomes in and around the DC Ranch Market Street area as well and single-family home communities and custom estates. There are several neighborhoods within DC Ranch and some are gated while others are not. The homes in The Country Club of DC Ranch section are guard-gated and many of them have been designed to enjoy lovely golf course vistas and city light views.
The Country Club at DC Ranch is a vibrant country club that caters to people of all ages and families. It is home to an 18 hole golf course designed by Tom Lehman and John Fought. There is a wonderful large clubhouse that has been beautifully decorated. It is quite elegant without feeling stuffy.
There is a very active social events calendar for DC Ranch Country Club members. Events are planned throughout the year and 
vary by season.In the high season, you will see a very active golf and tennis calendar that continues through the off season. There are many family-based events and in the summer, the club has a wonderful summer camp program. Holiday events are well represented as well as more casual events like “Taco Tuesdays” and a burger night. And, they also offer non-sport options like a Film Club and art events.
A nice feature is that you do not have to live in the community of DC Ranch to become a member of the DC Ranch Country Club.
THE COUNTRY CLUB AT DC RANCH – MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND PRICING AS OF SEPTEMBER 2012
There are four different membership opportunities within the DC Ranch Country Club:
- Currently Full Golf Memberships are based on market-based pricing and as of September 2012, they are starting at $43,000 plus monthly dues. This is an equity membership and gives unlimited golf and access to the amenities to the member, spouse and children under 24.
- There are a limited number of Non-Equity Junior Golf Memberships available to prospective members aged 21-39. The cost is $25,000 and this amount is broken down into smaller payment amounts over a number of years. There are dues associated with this membership and special terms surround it.
- The third option is a Sport Social Membership. This is a great non-equity option that allows the member to have a modified golf membership where you can play golf unlimited times during the low-season and then have a set number of rounds you can play during the high season for a reduced rate. This membership level is currently $17,500 plus dues and grants you access to all of the amenities of the club.
- The Clubhouse Membership is a nice option available for non-golfers. Here, members have access to the amenities and facilities of the club. It is a non-equity membership and is currently $5,000 plus dues.
