Loft sales activity at Kierland Plaza Lofts has been quite brisk in 2012. In Q1 2012, five units sold with an average sales price of $1,342,000. If you look at Q2 2012 sales through June 22nd, another seven units have sold. One of the sales was for a 3,919 square foot penthouse which went for $2.7M.
Interestingly enough, the higher-priced, larger units have been selling more frequently than the lower-priced units. Typically, you see the lower-priced units selling a bit more quickly.
