Grayhawk is a top-notch golf community in North Scottsdale, Arizona. It is an area that appeals to a wide variety of people and families. Within Grayhawk, there are two main sections that include a guard-gated area that wraps around the two signature golf courses as well as another great area to the west with a number of sub-developments.
This report covers single-family homes sales in the golf-oriented, gated section Grayhawk for 2012. The first chart looks at homes that are currently for sale in the gated section of Grayhawk as well as pending sales. Home prices on the market range from $430,000 to $2,595,000.
This second chart looks at home sales in Grayhawk through May 31, 2012 as well as first quarter 2012 home sales. Homes are selling at about an average of 6 homes per month. Q2 is looking to be on track with Q1 home sales.
