Mirabel is a top, private golf community located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. It occupies one of the highest elevations in Scottsdale and therefore many Mirabel homes and lots have incredible city light and mountain views. On a clear day, you can see all the way across the Phoenix Valley.
Below is a snapshot of real estate activity in Mirabel for almost the first three months of 2012. The information includes homes currently for sale, pending home sales and home sales in 2012 to-date.
Only 10 homes are currently for sale. They range in price from $1,149,000 for one of the centrally-located El Corazon homes up to $3,475,000 for a gorgeous custom contemporary home overlooking the course.
As of March 23rd, there was a single pending sale with an asking price of $975,000. This pending sale is for one of the El Corazon homes.
There have been three home sales in 2012 so far, ranging in price from $920,000 for an El Corazon up to $1,855,000 for a 9,500 square foot custom home that was sold as a short sale.
About Mirabel in Scottsdale, Arizona
Mirabel is one of North Scottsdale’s top golf communities. It is guard-gated and is nestled on 713 acres. There are 350 home sites and many of them enjoy golf course views, mountain views or city light views. A majority of Mirabel homes are custom builds, but there is an enclave of 35 centrally-located homes in the El Corazon section. These homes are a little smaller and are perfect for someone to “lock and leave” or for someone who is looking to downsize.
The Mirabel Club is private and is home to an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course, a lovely clubhouse with an onsite concierge, a spa, clay tennis courts and pools. You are not required be a member of the Mirabel Club to live in Mirabel, but it is certainly worth joining for the amenities. Both golf and social memberships are available to suit your needs.
