November 2010 Highlights for Scottsdale AZ Homes for Sale:
- Active Scottsdale Homes for Sale: The inventory of homes for sale dipped slightly in November, to under 2,700. The 12 month average for this is 2,733, so we came in just under it. This change is nice to see after two months of inventory increases.
- Pending Homes Sales in Scottsdale: Pending homes sales fell 1% from October to 477 in November. This is quite a bit below the 12 month average of 520 pending sales. We saw several months earlier this Spring where this figure was above 600.
- Scottsdale Homes Sold: Home sales were up 1.9% over October to 330. While the increase was nice to see, it is still below the 12 month average of 360 monthly average over the last year.
November 2010 was a mixed month for Scottsdale home sales activity. We did see improvements in inventory and sales figures, but did see pending home sales dip slightly. This should impact December’s figures, but I do not see a huge impact.
