Troon Village is a charming luxury golf community in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is comprised of a series of neighborhoods that are all clustered around Troon Mountain. Many of the homes are set on the foothills and hills of North Scottsdale which in turn provides for excellent Valley views in all directions. While there are plenty of amenities just minutes away, Troon Village gives you a sense of resort living.

Home sales have been relatively consistent from quarter to quarter, however average sales price has dropped throughout the year. Cumulative days on market has come down a little bit over the course of the year while the discount of of asking price has been relatively stable at around an 8% discount.
About Troon Village in Scottsdale, Arizona
Troon Village is a collection of smaller neighborhoods clustered around Troon Mountain near Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale. Many of these communities are guard gated or gated, making them ideal for year-round residents or for someone looking for a vacation or second home to occupy on a seasonal basis. The terrain around Troon Village is hilly and mountainous, so many of the homes have wonderful mountain, sunset and city views. Homes range from townhomes and patio homes to large hillside estates.
At the base of Troon Mountain is the private Troon Country Club. Residents of Troon as well as other area residents can join this wonderful club which features an 18-hole course designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish.
